On time warrantyThis special warranty applies everytime you choose the shortest production time, the one corresponding to the first column: Printed circuit boards (PCB) that are " Time Guaranteed", in the unlikely and unfortunate event that, due to an accident of production, can not be made available for pickup or delivered to our forwarder on the day stated in the order confirmation email , will be shipped as free samples, no charge, not even shipping costs . For example, a circuit of the type " Double Sided Plus", ordered with a production time of 48 hours on Monday at 4 pm , must be delivered to our courier for delivery by Wednesday, or made available for pickup by 6 pm the same day. The time limit (or deadline) for urgent orders is 5 pm, therefore , the same printed circuit board "Double Sided Plus" , ordered at 17:10 pm on Monday, must be delivered to our forwarder for delivery by Thursday, or made available for pickup by 6 pm, always on Thursday . For all our products, with the words "days", we always refer to working days , thus excluding holidays, Saturday and Sunday and any production downtime, communicated from time to time on our homepage.
Shippings / Customer's pickupShippings are made exclusively using our delivery courier. In case of "customer pickup", PCB will be available from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. of the scheduled production day, or starting from 9 am of the following working day.
